Our Founder, Aimee Zheng, is a Sydney-based Somatic-Sexologist passionate about empowering people to feel great about their sexual well-being, Intimacy and education.

Aimee is passionate about empowering women of all cultures so that talking about sex, pleasure, and relationships does not have to be shameful or taboo. 

She enjoys creating a setting where her clients can feel relaxed and free to discuss their sexual health in a safe, judgment-free environment. 

She specializes in somatic sexology and intimacy coaching, focusing on creating a secure and supportive environment for individuals to explore and enhance their sexual well-being. Her work involves providing educational resources and guidance to help people build confidence in their sexual expression. The goal is to offer a non-judgmental, pressure-free setting where safety and satisfaction are prioritized, enabling individuals to deepen their understanding and experience of sexuality

Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. Here’s what a typical session involves:

Physical Grounding: We begin with simple embodiment exercises like conscious breathing or body scanning to help you feel present in your body.

Discussion: We discuss your goals, background, and how to work together to achieve your objectives.

Setting Agreements: Based on your goals, we propose various practices, and you can choose what you think is most suitable.

Establishing Boundaries: We define session boundaries, especially if touch is involved.

Practical Application: We engage in practical exercises to explore and experiment in a safe environment.

Integration Period: A quiet time to absorb the session’s experiences, similar to savasana in yoga.

Reflection: We’d like to talk about your insights, experiences, and potential areas for further exploration.


Home Practices: We co-design practices for you to continue learning between sessions.
